"A Gentleman's Estate beside the Fal"

Walk 8 Trelissick

Start Point: Trelissick Car Park

Distance: 3 miles

Refreshments: Crofters Cafe

Our Eighth walk is contained within the beautiful woodland of Trelissick. One of the true assets of our Parish, it is well worth taking the time to visit the House and its grounds.

The walk is almost wholly on land administered by the National Trust, and all paths are in good order, however the first section can be slippery if the ground is wet.

Approximate walk time:  1.5 to 2 hours

"A Gentleman's Estate beside the Fal" starts at Trelissick Car park, visiting  Channals Creek, the King Harry Ferry, Lamouth Creek and The Old Lodge before returning to the start. Directions are found in our Leaflet.

The Feock Trails aim to embrace our local heritage. Along the walks, you can access further information on an area by scanning one of the many Feock Trail signs. All our articles can be explored directly on our website by visiting QR: Explore the Past
