The first of the Feock Parish Roundwalks explores The Carnon valley, with it's historic railways and splendid views.

 

It is a generally flat walk with sturdy surfaces, however some sections may be muddy after intense rain.  The lanes tend to be of a good width with some field paths and stiles.

Approximate walk time: 1 to 1.5 hours

"Valleys and Views with Water Galore" starts at Carnon Village hall, visiting Chyreen, Quenchwell, Ringwell, Carnon Crease, Wellington Place, Middle Devoran, Higher Devoran, before returning to Carnon Downs. Directions are found in our Leaflet.
