Pedestrian safety improvement works on Old Carnon Hill & Bissoe Road

The Parish Council are pleased to see these highways works in Carnon Downs come to fruition, both the Old Carnon Hill and Bissoe Road schemes have been several years in the planning and taken a lot of hard work from Councillors to design and put in place.

Although there will be some disruption whilst the works are carried out we hope that residents will benefit from the new walkways being created by the these works to enable them to walk more safely around the village.

These works have been fully funded by the Parish Council (Old Carnon Hill) and Section 106 money (Bissoe Road) from the Pengelly Meadows development.
