Quenchwell Road Planning Application

A planning application has been received by the Parish Council for consultee comment for the detailed design of 14 dwellings on land off Quenchwell Road in Carnon Downs. The proposals provide a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Of these, 50% (7 homes) are affordable rented and shared ownership.

This land already has permission for 14 dwellings and this application is for a revised layout and design of that development. This application will be discussed at the Full Parish Council Meeting on Monday 13th January at 6.30pm in the Parish Council Office in Devoran. Members of the public are welcome to attend. The below plan shows the layout proposed for the site.
