New Tree Preservation Order for Pill Creek in Feock

We have today had notice from Cornwall Council that they have made a Tree Preservation Order with effect from yesterday on an area of Pill Creek, the area is shown by the dotted outlined area in the photo.

This Order was brought into effect provisionally yesterday, the 7th April 2016 and will remain in force for a period of up to 6 months from the date the Order was made (7th April), or until the order is permanently confirmed by the Council, whichever occurs first.

The deadline for making any comments to Cornwall Council is 19th May and comments should be made in writing to Joy Benney, Legal Services, Cornwall Council, County Hall, Tregye Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.
