Message in a bottle ...

The Lions Club are promoting an initiative called 'Message in a Bottle', this is a voluntary scheme where anyone living at home has a special container (bottle) and in it is a form that they can put all their emergency contacts on, as well as any medical conditions or medication they are taking.

This is stored in the fridge and a sticker is displayed on the fridge and inside your home to alert the emergency services that you have this information available to them, in the event that the person is unwell the bottle can be opened by paramedics and the information is quickly available to them.
