The Parish Council have recently received a number of complaints about an increase in dog fouling in Devoran, particularly on the Devoran Lane and St John's Terrace area of Devoran. Dog fouling can be reported online https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment-and-planning/animal-welfare/dog-welfare-and-enforcement-service/dog-fouling/report-dog-fouling/ However you do need to witness the incident taking place and ideally have an idea of where the owner/dog live which is not always possible. Please pick up after your dogs!
