There is a large oak tree down on footpath 21 which leads from Penpol Hill, Devoran - near to Penpol Farmhouse to Lower Tresithick. The footpath is currently closed whilst the tree is removed, it is hoped this will be completed within the next few days.
Today two flower planters are being installed on the wide section of pavement on Forth Coth, Carnon Downs, outside of the Dentist practice. The aim of the planters is to keep a walk way on the pavement clear for all pedestrians, especially those with buggies, wheelchairs or mobility scooters. We have had a number of complaints from residents about cars frequently parking fully in the middle of the pavement or double parking on the pavement and blocking it for pedestrians. We
Feock Village Show sees summer end on a high Late summer sunshine greeted the judges as they arrived to adjudicate on the Feock Village Show 2018 held in Feock Church Community Hall, Pill Creek on 8th September. Over 290 entries of flowers, vegetables, cakes, jams and art and craft items were brought in by residents of all ages. The birds nest swing in Carnon Downs park is currently out of action, it needs a small repair so please don't play on it until the tape around it has been removed - we hope that it will be fixed very soon! Thank you for your co-operation.
