We're now a #refill point!

We're delighted to be the first #refill point to sign up in the parish, if you'd like your water bottle refilled pop into the Parish Council Office on Market Street in Devoran during our office hours and we'll happily refill it for you! Neighbourhood Plan Referendum - 8th March 2018

The Feock Neighbourhood Development Plan is being created by local residents, community groups, businesses and the Parish Council and will shape how the parish changes in the coming years. The Neighbourhood Development Plan has now been examined by an Independent Examiner to check that it meets all the requirements of a Plan, the Examiner has also taken into account the comments received during the 6 week public consultation period held earlier in Summer 2017. Feock Health & Wellbeing

The Parish Council is looking at ways in which we can facilitate the bringing together of people and offering new opportunities for people to want to get out and about. Not only is this good for our health and wellbeing but there are lots of things going on and many interesting things to see on our doorstep. We have recently introduced self guided footpath trails leaflets still available from Parish Office or alternatively you can download them here but due to recent wet weather the paths may be rather muddy. But we have several much drier paths. The Devoran tramway will take you from Point Quay to Devoran Quay from which you will see many tantalising views of the water. At this time of year

Feock parish now has its own Community Speedwatch team!

This initiative, which is sponsored and overseen by Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, involves trained members of the local community carrying out occasional speed monitoring at approved locations, using equipment provided by the Police. It has been set up in response to concerns raised by residents about the level of speeding in the parish. The information gathered, including the registration numbers of offending vehicles, is passed to the police, who will contact the owners of the vehicles. Initially this will simply involve a notification letter, but repeat offences could lead to prosecution. Next Pop up Community Cafe
