The Feock Trails

Our Parish Walks

The parish of Feock is situated approximately 4 miles to the south of the city of Truro, containing Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty alongside Sites of Special Scientific Interest, it is a place of tranquillity and reflection.

Devoran, Carnon Mine and the adjacent creek lie within the Gwenap mining district, part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site. This status celebrates the pioneering technological advances which supported the industrial revolution, considered by UNESCO as significant to the whole of humanity.

Throughout these selection of 9 parish walks we explore the past of the villages of Carnon Downs, Devoran, Feock, Point & Penpol and their people. Use the links below to access the walks and explore the past like never before through interactive QR codes.
