Welcome to Feock Parish Council

The parish of Feock is situated approximately 4 miles to the south of the city of Truro, parts of the parish are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and certain areas have been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest due to its mining heritage.

The population of the Feock Parish is in excess of 3,500 and serves the villages of Carnon Downs, Devoran, Feock, Point and Penpol.

The parish is bounded to the west by the Carnon River and to the south by the picturesque Restronguet Creek. To the east is the River Fal, the main water thoroughfare between Truro and Falmouth, across which it is possible to access the Roseland peninsular by means of the famous King Harry Ferry.

From May 2021 Parish Council meetings will revert to being held in person with social distancing, larger venues and sufficient ventilation to ensure these are Covid secure.

If members of the public wish to attend a Parish Council meeting please email the Clerk, debra@feockparishcouncil.co.uk as a booking system is now in place to ensure the maximum capacity of the room is not exceeded and social distancing is maintained.

If you have views on any of these applications that you would like Parish Councillors to be aware of before they agree and submit their consultee comment to Cornwall Council please make them in writing in an email to debbie@feockparishcouncil.co.uk

In order for Councillors to be in receipt of these comments prior to the Committee's discussion of the application these comments need to be received as soon as possible and preferably by the date stated by each application on the website.
