CARNON DOWNS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER CONSULTATION
Feock Parish Council and Cornwall Council have been working in partnership on a pilot project to produce a Local Development Order for Carnon Downs, which aims to streamline the planning process while ensuring high quality distinctive development. Following the first consultation in February 2010 amendments have been made and we are now inviting your views on the updated document.
The period of consultation is from 7th October to 28th October 2010.
The Order can be viewed on the Cornwall Council website under Planning, by visiting Feock Parish Council, or by visiting the Planning reception at Circuit House, Truro TR1 1EB.
Comments should be made in writing and sent to Beverley Devereaux at Cornwall Council, Room 219, 39 Penwinnick Road, St Austell PL25 5DR or bdevereaux@cornwall.gov.uk no later than 28th October 2010.
